If you are ready, we explain! All our teammates who do not have critical and important tasks determine their own working hours. If you want, you can finish the tasks assigned to you in 1 day and take 29 days holiday. The return for your labour will affect your income. Transparency is a constant for us. We conduct regular surveys and meetings for all our teams and departments. The board of directors takes decisions according to the results of this survey and clearly explains the reason for the decision to all our teammates.
